Philosophy & Approach

With twenty years' experience working with individuals, couples, and families at all stages of life, I have come to deeply honor the therapeutic relationship. I consider myself to be a warm and engaged therapist, and I look to build upon a person’s inherent strengths. I engage collaboratively with clients to address challenges and struggles as they look to make meaningful, impactful changes in their lives and in their relationships.

People choose to enter into therapy for many different reasons. I enter all therapeutic relationships with a stance of openness, curiosity, and acceptance, along with a degree of pragmatism. My approach to therapy is integrative in nature, incorporating several schools of therapy, custom tailoring the process to best fit my client’s needs and goals.

Personal and relational growth and transformation can happen at any stage of life.
